In addition to the foil shielding covering the three internal coax lines, there is also tinned copper braid shielding for extra protection.
Moreover, on each end of the cable you will find a ferrite bead. These cylindrical bumps are made with ferrite, which collects any electromagnetic interference (EMI) or radio frequency interference (RFI) and dissipates it through the ferrite core as small amounts of heat. These beads are placed near the end of the cable to prevent any interference that may come from the device the cable is plugged into.

We wrote them an email with some questions about the monitor cable, and received an automated response letting us know that they had received our question.
